Second outcrop of ancient Martian streambed (dubbed “Link” by the science team working on NASA’a Mars Science Laboratory) shows clean exposed cross-section of the conglomerate layer indicating clearly that the small pebbles and larger rocks in the layer had been transported by “vigorously flowing” water.
